Job summary

GXO is seeking a Regional HR Assistant to support our B&Q retail logistics operation across multiple sites and stakeholders. You’ll manage day-to-day employee lifecycle tasks, contracts, variations, starters, leavers, and GDPR-compliant records.

Working full-time (37.5h), based at Swindon and Worksop, the role requires occasional travel and a collaborative approach to HR processes, data standards, and policy implementation across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-volume HR assistant or coordinator role.
• Good working knowledge of HR systems and employment documentation.
• Comfortable supporting multiple sites and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR support across multiple sites, including contracts, variations, starters, leavers, right-to-work checks, references, and probation tracking.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant HR files and accurate systems.
• Support employee relations through documentation and meeting notes.
