GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a part-time role at our Birmingham site. The position supports multiple contracts across two sites, travelling weekly to Minworth, and focuses on advising on HR matters, TU relations, recruitment and onboarding while maintaining employee engagement.

We’re looking for an HR Advisor to assist various contracts across two sites in Birmingham. We are looking for someone to be based at our site in Merlin Park, who can drive a culture of positive engagement whilst confidently juggling multiple priorities — from advising stakeholders on HR issues and managing Trade Union relationships, to leading communication strategies, supporting recruitment and induction, and ensuring retention and redeployment activities meet statutory and company requirements.
This is a permanent, part-time role working 25 hours per week. You'll work between Monday and Friday, and we're happy to offer some flexibility around working hours, which can be discussed at interview. Please note, this a fully site-based role and you will be expected to travel to attend the other site based in Minworth, on a weekly basis.

We’re looking topay £21,000.00 per annum with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata).
