Job summary

Elevation HR are recruiting for an experienced Regional HR Advisor to join an established operational business on a 12-month fixed-term contract in the Midlands and South.

You will manage a busy ER caseload, advise managers on disciplinary, grievance and absence matters, and support complex long-term absence with Occupational Health considerations. Strong TU experience and CIPD Level 5 are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex employee relations in a unionised environment.
• Strong ER case management across a dispersed workforce.
• Proven ability to advise managers on disciplinary, grievance and absence matters.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of complex ER matters.
• Advising managers on disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Supporting long-term absence and Occupational Health processes.
• Coaching managers for fair outcomes in unionised settings.
• Liaising with trade unions and employee representatives.
• Leading investigations, meetings and hearings as required.
• Providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR guidance.
