Job summary

Forward Role is partnering with a well-established business to recruit a Regional HR Advisor based in Oxfordshire. The role offers £43k plus a company car on a permanent basis, within a national brand.

You will own a varied employee relations caseload, provide expert HR guidance to managers, lead hearings and investigations, and ensure all actions comply with UK employment law. The environment is fast-paced and high-volume, with a focus on effective people management.

Qualifications

• End-to-end experience managing employee relations cases.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
• Confident communicator able to influence and challenge.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice to managers at all levels.
• Lead hearings, appeals, investigations and suspensions.
• Ensure cases align with UK employment law, policy and best practice.
• Coach managers to build confidence in people management.
• Produce clear HR documentation and reports.
• Work to tight SLAs in a high-volume environment.
