A leading company in integrated asset management is seeking a Regional HR Advisor to provide expert HR support and coaching. The role involves managing employee relations, delivering the People Plan, and promoting best practices. Ideal candidates will have strong HR advisory experience, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in data analysis. Permanent – Full Time
We are currently looking for a Regional HR Advisor to join us on a full-time basis from our office in Goldney Road, W9.
In this role, you’ll act as the regional expert, coaching managers and providing comprehensive HR advice and support on employee relations and end-to-end management processes. You will empower managers to make informed decisions based on your guidance.
You will support the delivery of the People Plan, promote best practices in compliance with policies and procedures, ensure accurate casework administration in line with GDPR, provide Learning and Development support, facilitate training sessions, and review HR data insights to identify trends.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience of employee relations, with previous experience in a generalist HR advisory role. CIPD membership or qualification (Level 5) is preferred but not essential. You should be empathetic, possess excellent customer service skills, maintain professionalism and confidentiality, manage your diary effectively, and pay close attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), data analysis, and experience in producing reports, business cases, and complex letters are essential.
