Job summary

IntoUniversity is seeking a high-calibre leader to take on the fixed-term maternity cover role of Head of Programme Delivery and Operations for East Midlands, North of England and Scotland. You will line manage one Assistant Head of Programme Delivery and three Regional Operations Managers to ensure centres deliver high-quality programmes to young people.

The role is based at one of our centres with regular travel across the network and to our Head Office in London.

Responsibilities

• Line manage one Assistant Head of Programme Delivery and three Regional Operations Managers to ensure centres are working effectively.
• Maintain high quality of programme delivery to young people across clusters.
• Monitor and meet targets across the network.
• Coordinate travel across centres and with Head Office in London.
• Be a passionate advocate for working with young people and helping them realise ambitions.
