Job summary

Plus One Personnel Ltd is seeking a Global Events Manager on a fixed-term maternity cover for an international business events organisation based in Warwickshire. You will oversee the global events programme, coordinate the Events Team and senior leadership, and ensure seamless delivery from planning through to on-site execution.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event management, ideally within an international or B2B events environment.
• Experience leading and supporting a team with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with multiple competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key link between the Events Team and senior leadership, including weekly meetings with the CEO/COO.
• Lead planning and delivery of global events from initial planning to onsite delivery and post-event activity.
• Create and maintain the annual event calendar and coordinate multiple events and deadlines.
