Real is seeking a Head of International Student Success on a maternity cover contract to lead and enhance international student services across the university. The role focuses on improving student outcomes, retention, and compliance with UKVI while developing study abroad and exchange partnerships.

You will provide strategic leadership for internationalisation and manage a specialist team, serving as the key contact for regulatory bodies and campus-wide collaboration.
