Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Head of Operations to lead a portfolio of services within the Mental Health Care Group across the leadership clusters. The role requires strategic, operational and financial leadership.

You will work within the Triumvirate Leadership Model and collaborate with clinical and nursing leaders to deliver Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led services.

Qualifications

• Masters level or equivalent experience in public or private sector.
• Significant experience in managing people, services and resources.
• Experience in leading and managing change processes, including workforce transformation, service improvement and cultural development.
• Experience in budgetary management, including financial planning, monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across the Care Unit within the Trust.
• Ensure a seamless, joined-up Care Offer delivered through Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led services.
• Lead governance, performance, financial decision making and transformation within the Care Group.
