Job summary

OLIVER, part of the Brandtech Group, is seeking a Regional Operations Director for the EMEA region based in London. You will translate the global operating model into market‑specific execution, build governance, and drive scalable growth while ensuring commercial performance.

You will lead a regional operations team, partner with regional and global leadership, and act as the connective tissue between regional delivery and global capability, balancing strategic direction with hands‑on problem

Qualifications

Senior operations leadership experience in advertising, consulting, or marketing services.
Deep understanding of agency operating models including client delivery, budgeting and margins.
Proven track record leading regional or multi‑market teams in fast‑paced environments.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage cost, scope and profitability.

Responsibilities

Set priorities, governance, and ways of working for the EMEA Operations function.
Own the regional run model for client delivery including cadence and escalation.
Partner with regional and global leadership to align on risks, performance and improvements.
Drive capacity planning, demand/supply visibility and resource optimisation regionally.
Lead cross‑functional enablement to ensure consistent processes and efficient delivery.
