Job summary

Synco Fire and Security, part of the Ranger Group, is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to own a key region and drive recurring revenue across South East, Midlands, or North West. You will win new maintenance contracts, convert installations into service agreements, and pursue competitor takeovers, with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Field-based sales experience in the fire & security industry.
• Proven success selling service or maintenance contracts.
• Strong understanding of fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder systems.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a plan to grow service contract revenue in your region.
• Identify opportunities in existing installations and new prospects.
• Close new service agreements monthly and quarterly.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report performances.
• Ensure smooth handover to service teams.
