The role reports into the Head of Sales and requires a track record of achieving high-growth targets, excellent negotiation skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in financial services or fintech is essential.
• Proven ability to hit high growth targets and manage large corporate accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process for new clients and support existing customers.
• Develop regional strategy to grow presence and hit targets.
• Run local events to engage prospects and build relationships.
• Provide sales forecasts and product knowledge to inform strategy.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and collaborate with Customer Success.
