GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Regional General Manager to lead our M&S Food sites in Bradford, Daventry and Milton Keynes.

You will provide strategic direction, governance and commercial oversight across a portfolio of large-scale operations, guiding site General Managers and leadership teams. The role requires senior leadership experience, strong P&L and stakeholder management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement, growth and customer value.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience across multiple sites or complex operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L, budgets and forecasting experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for the region, ensuring site performance aligns with customer and GXO objectives.
• Build and maintain senior customer relationships, leading strategic reviews and managing high-level escalations.
• Take ownership of regional commercial performance, including P&L oversight, budgets, forecasts, risks and opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop site General Managers, driving accountability and leadership capability.
• Act as the senior escalation point for operational, customer, people, safety and commercial challenges across the portfolio.
• Champion continuous improvement, innovation and technology adoption to enhance operational performance and customer value.
• Use operational and financial insight to identify growth opportunities and deliver sustainable contract success.
