Job summary

Net Zero Evolution is seeking a General Manager for its Solar PV Installation Business in the UK. You will own the regional P&L, lead a high‑performing team and drive growth from enquiry through to installation.

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee sales opportunities, manage cashflow, and ensure quality and compliance (MCS/NICEIC/BS7671). The role offers equity, a performance‑related bonus, and a competitive £70,000–£90,000 salary.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience leading a branch, business unit or operational division with full P&L responsibility.
• Experience in solar PV, renewable energy or residential services is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the regional operation and ensure profitable delivery of projects.
• Convert sales opportunities into financially successful renewable energy installations.
• Manage installation schedules, supplier relationships and cashflow.
• Build and develop a high‑performing team across sales, delivery and admin.
• Provide clear operational and financial reporting and governance.
