Job summary

JLL in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior operations leader to drive performance and service delivery across our facilities management contracts. You will work closely with the Divisional Director to manage KPIs, risk, and client satisfaction while leading a team of engineers and support staff.

This role emphasizes change leadership, safety, and data-driven decision making, with responsibilities spanning P&L oversight, audits, energy initiatives, and stakeholder engagement to deliver

Qualifications

• Educated to degree standard or minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical engineering maintenance sector.
• Proven track record of managing performance to KPIs within a region business unit.
• Knowledge of logistical and operational planning.
• Experience of driving change and organisational transformation.
• Industry relevant qualifications.
• A formal Hard FM qualification, NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely could be desirable.
• Proven Facilities Management experience at a similar level.
• Excellent Customer Service experience desirable.
• Competent working knowledge of M&E or Fabric disciplines.
• Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Leverage existing IT platforms and reporting to aid in improving productivity, efficiency and performance.
• Promote compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure statutory inspections are completed per maintenance programme and KPI requirements.
• Maintain standard operating procedures across the region.
• Manage regional performance to meet KPIs and service levels.
• Lead energy/sustainability initiatives and reporting.
• Supervise engineers and conduct Toolbox Talks to a high standard.
• Foster employee engagement through listening sessions and forums.
• Support tender/bid activity with best practice advice.
• Oversee governance, audits and contractual compliance.
