Qualifications
- Senior operational leadership experience in fire protection or related contracting environments.
- Experience leading regional teams and multiple contracts.
- Full P&L accountability and strong commercial awareness.
- Strong health & safety, quality, and compliance understanding.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional fire protection team.
- Own operational and financial performance, including full P&L accountability.
- Manage multiple fire protection, refurbishment and compliance-led contracts.
- Oversee directly employed workforce and operational management teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and high quality.
- Build relationships with clients, stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Drive commercial performance and operational improvement.
- Manage operational risk and safety compliance.
