Job summary

Pratap Partnership Ltd is recruiting an Interim Regional Financial Controller to oversee UK and Continental Europe finance operations. The role offers hybrid working with office presence in North Lincolnshire and significant home-working flexibility, reporting to group finance leadership.

The role requires ACA/ACCA or equivalent, extensive financial control and audit experience, and the ability to lead and develop an international finance team. UK and Europe exposure is essential.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, preferably with a Big Four or leading accountancy practice background.
• Substantial financial control, statutory reporting and external audit experience.
• Experience operating within an international or multi-entity group environment.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, ideally including IFRS and European reporting requirements.
• Experience managing and developing finance teams.
• Commercial awareness and confidence engaging with senior non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small international finance team.
• Own regional financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
• Manage year-end and external audits with auditors to deliver high-quality accounts.
• Strengthen financial controls, ledger quality and reporting standards.
• Oversee rolling 12-month forecasts, reforecasting and performance analysis.
• Partner with senior regional/operational management to provide financial insight for decision-making.
• Support finance transformation and development of finance operations.
