Pratap Partnership is seeking an Interim Regional Financial Controller to lead UK and Continental Europe finance operations, with significant autonomy and international exposure. The role involves owning regional reporting, controls, and forecasting, while partnering with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has ACA/ACCA or equivalent, extensive financial control, statutory reporting, and external audit experience, plus international/group environment know-how.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Substantial financial control, statutory reporting and external audit experience.
• Experience in international or multi-entity group environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a small international finance team.
• Own regional financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
• Manage year-end and external audit process with auditors to deliver high-quality accounts on deadlines.
• Strengthen financial controls, ledger quality and reporting standards.
