Job summary

Right Pear, a private equity backed international group, is seeking a Regional Financial Controller in the UK based in Newmarket. The role reports to the Global CFO and supports the UK GM.

You will lead regional accounting, mentor local accountants, ensure GAAP compliance, cash control, and drive the NetSuite ERP rollout across multiple entities as part of a global transformation. On-site 5 days initially.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/ICAEW trained accountant with a few years PQE in industry.
• Experience with large multi-entity setups is advantageous.
• Will be on-site in Newmarket 5 days a week initially.

Responsibilities

• Directly managing and mentoring local entity accountants.
• Providing financial leadership across the region.
• Roll out of NetSuite across the entities as part of global ERP transformation.
• Acting as the strategic conduit between transatlantic operations and the Global HQ executive team.
