Job summary

Xplor Technologies in the United Kingdom seeks an International Record to Report Manager to lead the group’s R2R process across international entities, ensuring timely closes, sound technical accounting positions and robust controls.

You will partner with FP&A, Tax and Audit, drive process improvements with NetSuite, and manage a remote team across multiple locations, with occasional Newcastle meetings.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with global IFRS/US GAAP knowledge.
• R2R and closing expertise across multiple entities and currencies.
• Experience leading external audits and remote teams.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end R2R process across international entities.
• Run the close calendar and KPIs (on-time close, reconciliations).
• Lead intercompany, fixed asset and capex accounting policies.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax and Audit to meet reporting goals.
