Job summary

The Portfolio Group Inc. is seeking a Field Business Development Manager for the North East region. You will own the full sales cycle, generate leads, conduct meetings, and close sales, with uncapped commissions and a lucrative earning potential.

Base salary of 30,000 plus a 30,000 top-up and an uncapped commission structure, with additional bonuses, events, and training. A premium car is provided or a 5,000 car allowance, plus extensive travel and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Ability to self-generate leads and build a pipeline
• Strong meeting, negotiation and closing skills

Responsibilities

• Drive new business in the North East region
• Meet with prospective clients to understand HR & Employment Law needs and recommend packages
• Close deals and manage post-sale engagements for long-term contracts
• Represent the company at events and conferences to grow network
