Job summary

Momentum Facilities Management is seeking an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. You’ll manage teams, own customer relationships and drive service excellence while supporting growth and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, superb communication and a full UK driving licence, with a starting salary of £30,000 and progression to £32,000 based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work a 12:00–20:00 shift pattern and cover area as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage own portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts.
• Be the main point of contact for customers and cleaning teams.
• Ensure exceptional service and support growth and profitability.
• Audit customers, coach teams, and resolve issues.
• Interview new cleaners and mobilise new contracts.
