Job summary

Caron Group is seeking a Regional Maintenance Co-ordinator to support the in-house Facilities team across South/Mid Wales, including Cardiff. You will read reports, prioritise actions, and ensure maintenance works meet safety and quality standards while coordinating with internal teams and external contractors.

The role requires strong knowledge of building services, plumbing and electrical systems, with hands-on leadership to plan and execute planned, reactive and compliance-related works.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering maintenance programmes with strong health & safety compliance.
• Solid understanding of plumbing, electrical systems and building works.
• Ability to read reports, understand actions, and prioritise work from reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional maintenance teams to support in-house and refurbishment works.
• Develop management resource plans with the Head of Facilities.
• Receive and translate reports into actionable tasks for the team.
• Deliver the maintenance strategy through planning and resource organisation.
• Coordinate progress on site and report to the Head of Facilities.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and ensure safety and quality standards.
