Zusammenfassung

Octopus Real Estate is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for the East of London region, including Norfolk, Colchester and Kent. You will drive lending targets, manage introducer accounts, and enjoy autonomy with funded lines and discretionary bonuses in a fast-paced sales team.

You will build strong broker/client relationships, travel across the region, and collaborate with the internal team to grow enquiries and pipeline while reporting to the Head of Sales.

Qualifikationen

• Understanding of the UK property finance industry.
• Existing relationships in the property broker market.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Car and able to travel around the region.
• Committed to providing first-class customer service.
• Experience working for a property lender in a business development role.

Aufgaben

• Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by the Head of Sales.
• Be the focal point for all brokers and clients within your region.
• Assist the internal business development team in chasing new enquiries and pipeline applications.
• Hold face to face meetings with brokers and clients.
• This role will be based working from home, with weekly travel to our London offices (expenses covered).
