Job summary

Believ, a UK-based scale-up, seeks a Regional Build Director to own delivery outcomes for the local authority build programme across the assigned region, turning build-ready sites into installed, energised charge points on time and within budget.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will lead Senior Programme Managers responsible for the region's multi-disciplinary squads and be accountable for overall regional delivery performance, capacity, and output.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading multi-site infrastructure delivery at scale in CPO/electricity/telecom utilities.
• Experience leading managers and multi-disciplinary teams, not just delivery staff.
• Proven delivery of local authority on-street and car park infrastructure, including permitting and streetworks.
• Strong knowledge of DNO connection processes and energising infrastructure at scale.

Responsibilities

• Regional Delivery Ownership across the allocated UK region.
• Squad Leadership & Capability development for multi-disciplinary teams.
• Site handover, build readiness and acceptance; energisation and metering.
• Contractor & supply chain management; budgeting and forecasting.
• Customer, client and community engagement; reporting and data-driven performance.
• Safety, commissioning, quality and handover; data reporting for governance.
