Job summary

Believ, a Charge Point Operator accelerating EV infrastructure, seeks a Regional Build Director to own regional delivery outcomes. You will lead Senior Programme Managers, drive build-readiness, and ensure timely energisation of charge points across your region.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading multi-site infrastructure delivery at scale within CPO, utilities, or telecom sectors.
• Experience managing leaders and multi-disciplinary teams, not just direct delivery staff.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, forecasts and variances.

Responsibilities

• Span Regional Delivery Ownership and leadership of squads across sites.
• Oversee site handover, readiness, and energisation of charge points.
• Manage contractor and supply chain performance and growth.
• Engage with local authorities, councils, and communities.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and data-driven performance reporting.
