Qualifications

• Previous property management or facilities management experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare environment is advantageous.
• Excellent supervisory and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support to Maintenance Technicians in the region.
• Oversee Infraspeak system to approve, action and keep works orders updated.
• Supervise and report on works orders and planned works under the Group Head of Estates.
• Escalate estates issues when required and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct general building repairs and maintenance within annual budgets.
• Coordinate local contractors and source trades as needed.
• Assist in budgeting, capex planning, and property condition reporting.
• Attend region-site visits and sign off on larger works performed.
