Jobgether is listing a Director of Sales for a partner company, based in the United Kingdom. You will own regional revenue, craft go-to-market strategies, and drive expansion across Eastern Europe’s digital banking and fintech markets.
Lead complex enterprise deals, engage senior banking executives, and build a strong ecosystem of partners to accelerate transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and shape the regional growth agenda
Formación
- 10+ years in enterprise software, fintech, or technology sales.
- Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals and meeting revenue targets.
- Banking industry relationships in Central/Eastern Europe are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and forecast accuracy.
- Experience building and activating regional partner ecosystems.
Responsabilidades
- Own regional sales targets across Eastern Europe within the UK-listed partner context.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and drive new client acquisition.
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with executive engagement.
- Foster relationships with banking executives and regional system integrators.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, marketing, and partners to close deals.
