Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Guildford is seeking a self-motivated engineering supervisor to plan and monitor maintenance tasks and to support the Regional Service Manager in delivering compliant, on-time services across the area.

You will lead the engineering team, coordinate site surveys, assist with quotations, manage call-out rotas, and contribute to small bespoke projects while ensuring professional conduct and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure performance and service align with compliance and monthly schedules.
• Respond to customer needs, complaints and concerns with urgency.
• Lead toolbox talks with direct reports; record completion for compliance.
• Be available for site surveys and handovers as directed by your RSM.
• Organise and maintain an effective call-out rota for the area.
• Support engineering team and stock control; assist with troublesome sites.
