Job summary

Mitie in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage a cleaning team and drive service standards for a Mitie client site.

You will recruit, develop and supervise staff, ensure health and safety procedures are followed, schedule workloads, monitor quality, manage holidays and performance, and handle routine administrative duties as required.

This role requires reliable, proactive individuals who can work to a timetable and communicate clearly with the client and team.

Responsibilities

• Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness, and manage stocks.
• Oversee holidays, training and performance; handle admin duties.
