Job summary

TXM Recruit seeks an experienced Regional Engineering Manager (electrical bias preferred) to lead mobile and on-site engineering teams across Glasgow. You will own the commercial performance of a major account and drive safe, compliant operations across the portfolio.

Based in Glasgow, the role oversees planning, delivery and governance of facilities maintenance and project engineering activities with a strong focus on profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional engineering teams.
• Strong commercial and financial reporting skills.
• Electrical bias would be ideal for this role.

Responsibilities

• Managing and reporting on the overall commercial performance of the account, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for the client’s operational and financial leads, handling all commercial queries and reporting requirements.
• Producing accurate financial WIP and charge-check reports, ensuring strict adherence to both internal and client financial processes and deadlines.
• Overseeing the timely and accurate production of estimates for ETCWs by your team.
• Ensuring non-automated purchase orders for subcontractors are raised efficiently and without delay.

Regional Engineer Manager – IND1

TXM Recruit are currently seeking an experienced Regional Engineering Manager (electrical bias would be ideal) to join an existing team, based in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of the commercial performance of one of our client’s key accounts.

In this role you will lead and manage our mobile and on-site engineering teams across a diverse office and data centre estate. This high-impact role is responsible for the planning, delivery and governance of all facilities maintenance and project engineering activities—ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operations across the client portfolio.

Salary & Hours

• £60 - 70k + £5,549 Car Allowance
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and reporting on the overall commercial performance of the account, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.
