Job summary

RGIT Australia is seeking a Regional Team Lead for VFAST Engineering in Hastings, UK. This senior field role combines hands-on engineering with leadership to deliver installations, maintenance, fault resolution and network upgrades across the region.

You will mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Service Delivery, Projects and Network Engineering.

Qualifications

• Senior field engineer with ISP/telecom experience.
• Strong knowledge of WiMAX, wireless broadband and routing.
• Experience installing and maintaining Ubiquiti and MikroTik.
• Excellent fault-finding and communication skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior engineering leadership in the region.
• Deliver installations, maintenance, upgrades, and fault resolution.
• Mentor engineers and support regional teams.
