Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. in the UK seeks a Contractor Sales Manager to cultivate relationships with electrical, M&E and building services contractors across the South East.

Based in the field, you will engage estimators, project managers and key decision-makers on residential developments, selling switchgear and panel boxes for a long‑established manufacturer. You will create demand, work with electrical wholesalers to ensure quotes and orders, and attend site visits, industry events and customer

Qualifications

• Experience selling into electrical, M&E or building services contractors.
• Strong understanding of the electrical industry and route-to-market through wholesalers.
• Ability to build rapport with estimators, project managers and contractor stakeholders.
• Proven track record in business development and account growth.
• Full UK driving licence and comfortable with field-based customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with electrical and M&E contractors across the South East, selling switchgear and panel boxes.
• Create demand with contractors and coordinate with electrical wholesalers to quote, track and convert opportunities into orders.
• Attend site visits, industry events and customer meetings to identify opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
