Job summary

Irwin & Colton Limited in the Southeast is recruiting a Regional Environment, Health and Safety Advisor to oversee audits, support compliance and lead safety improvements across sites in the Guildford area.

The role requires NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent), strong communication and stakeholder skills, and a full UK driving licence with willingness to travel. Salary up to £40,000 plus benefits, based in the Guildford/Southeast region.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in health and safety advisory roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal EHS audits across sites based on risk.
• Collaborate with practices to promote a positive safety culture and build stakeholder relationships.
• Analyse data to identify trends and support continuous improvement.
• Lead projects to develop, review and update EH&S policies, risk assessments and safe working procedures.
• Deliver health and safety coaching, training and mentoring.
