Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal EHS audits across sites, prioritising based on risk and incident history.
• Partner with practices to promote a positive safety culture and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify trends and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Lead project work to develop, review, and update EH&S policies, risk assessments, and safe working procedures.
• Deliver health and safety coaching, training and mentoring.

Irwin and Colton have been engaged by one of the UK's leading veterinary groups to recruit a new Regional Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Advisor to join the team in Scotland. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a growing organisation committed to delivering exceptional care to animals. You'll be the trusted Regional EHS advisor overseeing audits, supporting compliance and leading projects to enhance safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities of the Successful Regional Environment, Health and Safety Advisor include:
