Job summary

Partou UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support nurseries across the South of England, with remote work and regular travel to regional sites. The role is permanent and full-time, with a salary of £30,000 per annum.

You will partner with Nursery Managers and Area Managers, craft engaging job adverts, proactively source candidates, and build talent pipelines for Early Years roles while ensuring safe, compliant recruitment.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven candidate sourcing experience via job boards, referrals or direct outreach.
• Solutions-focused approach with influence over hiring managers.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for nursery and Early Years vacancies in your region.
• Partner with Nursery Managers and Area Managers to understand vacancies and local recruitment challenges.
• Act as a trusted recruitment advisor coaching hiring managers through the process.
• Write clear, inclusive and engaging job adverts that connect with candidates.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, talent pools, referrals and direct search.
• Build pipelines for roles including Early Years Practitioners, Nursery Practitioners, Deputy Managers and Nursery Managers.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience with timely communication from first contact to offer/onboarding.
• Use recruitment data to identify priorities, maintain momentum and improve outcomes.
• Support safer recruitment practices ensuring compliant appointments.
• Help nurseries overcome recruitment challenges during growth or peak hiring periods.
