Job summary

Pertemps Milton Keynes is launching a Regional Driving Hub and seeks an experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant to recruit drivers, grow client relationships and expand revenue. You’ll contribute to shaping the division while benefiting from Pertemps’ robust infrastructure.

You’ll engage with drivers and clients, understand market needs, and drive placements while leveraging a dedicated support team and academy resources to grow your desk.

Qualifications

• Genuine driving recruitment experience is required.
• Understanding of drivers, clients and market dynamics.
• Confidence in building relationships and winning business.
• Recruitment focus with support for other activities where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Recruit drivers for vacancies and build a candidate pool.
• Develop and manage relationships with driving clients.
• Fill vacancies and contribute to revenue growth.
