Job summary

Pertemps Milton Keynes is launching a Regional Driving Hub and is seeking an experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant to join at a growth phase. You will recruit drivers, develop clients, fill vacancies and help shape the division while advancing your career.

You understand driving recruitment, know the market, and are confident building relationships and winning business. You will recruit; we provide support and an infra behind you to help you scale your desk.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting drivers across roles.
• Ability to develop and win new clients.
• Demonstrated track record of growing a recruitment desk.

Responsibilities

• Recruit drivers and fill active vacancies.
• Develop clients and grow revenue for the division.

Driving Recruitment Consultant

You've already got the recruitment experience. What could you build with it here?

Pertemps is launching a new Regional Driving Hub, and we're looking for an experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant to join us at an exciting point of growth.

You'll do what you do best — recruit drivers, develop clients, fill vacancies and grow revenue — while having the opportunity to help shape the division and grow your career alongside it.

You know driving recruitment. We know how to support it.

We're looking for genuine driving recruitment experience — whether you're a Driving Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant, 360 Recruiter, Driving Sales Consultant or Business Development Consultant within transport.

You understand the market, the drivers and the clients — and you're confident building relationships and winning business.

You'll be doing the recruitment — but you won't have to do everything else.
