Job summary

Carriera Limited is handling a search for a Regional Director to lead and grow the Project Management service across the North of England. The role combines client delivery, team leadership and business development, with a strong emphasis on expanding client relationships and driving growth on multiple sectors including commercial office, industrial/logistics, residential and mixed-use developments.

You will lead a team across Northern offices, stay actively involved in complex project delivery,

Qualifications

• MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB or equivalent recognized professional qualification.
• Strong consultancy background within project management.
• Experience delivering commercial property projects across multiple sectors.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercially aware with a track record of winning work.
• Established network within the Northern property market.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the regional Project Management team.
• Growing relationships with developers, investors, occupiers and asset managers.
• Delivering high-quality project management services across a varied project portfolio.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Supporting and mentoring team members.
• Driving best practice and consistency across project delivery.
• Contributing to regional growth plans and business strategy.
• Collaborating with colleagues across multiple service lines.
