Reed Property & Construction is recruiting a Regional Director of Project Management for the North region, covering Manchester and Leeds. You will lead growth, client delivery and team development, reporting to the national leadership team.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery and BD activity to expand the service line across the North. Expect a senior leadership remit with a strong commercial mindset, MRICS qualification, and a demonstrated network of clients such as

Qualifications

• MRICS or equivalent qualification required.
• Proven track record in project delivery and managing client relationships.
• Established regional or national client network.
• Strong leadership with experience mentoring teams.
• Solid understanding of the Northern property market and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the regional Project Management service line in the North (Manchester and Leeds).
• Drive business development with new and existing clients.
• Deliver high-quality, end-to-end project management services.
• Develop and implement the regional service line business plan.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing group.
• Collaborate with other service lines to maximise cross-selling opportunities.
• Represent the business in the market and support marketing initiatives.
