Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or healthcare related field.
• 1–3 years experience in health care business development management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily business development operations and oversee BD initiatives.
• Manage CRM and CRM activity for the BD team.
• Assist in budget projections and resource allocations for marketing per site location.
• Develop market assessments and a comprehensive marketing plan to meet patient-volume projections.
• Lead community relations with referral sources and payers to support growth.
• Support recruitment, orientation, and supervision of the BD team.
• Provide leadership in strategic planning and identifying opportunities for service expansion.
