Job summary

Canopy is seeking an experienced Regional Director to oversee hard services across a national UK portfolio, delivering safe, compliant and well-maintained buildings. You’ll lead contract managers and engineering teams, manage budgets, forecast performance and drive improvements while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead hard services delivery across a portfolio of contracts, including planned and reactive maintenance, engineering services and compliance.
• Support and develop contract managers and engineering teams to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Own portfolio budgets, profitability, forecasting and cost control.
• Build relationships with senior clients, resolve challenges and support contract retention and growth.
• Drive performance against contractual commitments, KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain oversight of health and safety, technical standards, compliance and operational risk.
• Support mobilisation, lifecycle planning and service improvement across the portfolio.
