Platform4, a rail regeneration and property development company, is seeking a Development Manager to join its regional team in the UK. The role supports identification and delivery of development projects, regeneration and disposals, contributing to regional strategy and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• MRICS or MRTPI qualification and relevant professional experience in development/regeneration
• Experience supporting development projects through full lifecycle, from opportunity to disposal or delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with public bodies, partners and authorities
• Experience in transport, infrastructure or railway-related development

Responsibilities

• Development delivery across residential, commercial and regeneration projects through full lifecycle, coordinating programme, budget, risk and milestones
• Originate and progress development opportunities, contributing to regional strategy and pipeline
