Qualifications
- Qualification in RICS/RTPI or equivalent professional qualification is required.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across public and private sectors.
- Experience delivering regeneration projects and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of development projects from planning through to completion, managing programme, budget and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead multi-disciplinary consultant teams and external advisers.
- Identify and qualify new development opportunities and present them to Regional Director.
