Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Customer Service Manager to own operational delivery across a portfolio of sites within a Region, utilizing Site Security Plans to meet site needs, risk considerations, and HR matters.

You will drive performance, training, and coaching, ensure KPI targets are met, manage budget, and collaborate with DWP partners to maintain high standards of security and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a customer-facing security role.
• Experience delivering security services to multiple sites.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• SIA license holder and knowledge of BS7858 standards.
• Ability to analyse data to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Mitie brand and deliver industry-leading security.
• Manage a portfolio of sites ensuring hours are fulfilled by trained officers.
• Support DWP contract and partnership management.
• Deliver training and coaching to officers.
• Meet budget and KPI targets.
• Ensure compliance with Mitie policies and health and safety.
• Oversee incident reporting and root cause analysis.
• Conduct monthly site visits with JCMs and SROs.
