Wetherby Laroc Group is recruiting a Customer Service Leader to join our Dalton/Thirsk site. The role supports regional Technical Sales Managers by managing regional customer service activities and order processing to aid delivery of sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in order processing and data entry.
• Well-organised and efficient with good time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Pleasant telephone manner.
• IT skills.
• Good levels of numeracy and literacy.

Responsibilities

• Enter all orders received into the system promptly and accurately.
• Ensure orders are correctly confirmed with the customer.
• Work with the production team to ensure stock levels meet customer requirements.
• Ensure made-to-order items are scheduled into the production plan.
• Work with warehouse personnel to book and manage transport for order delivery.
• Effectively communicate with customers regarding their order.
• Create Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Handle all customer queries and answer telephone calls.
