Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is hiring a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to grow occupancy across our UK care homes. You will combine sales and marketing expertise with a strong focus on resident experience and community engagement.

In this regional role you will handle enquiries, conduct tours, and build relationships with potential residents and families. A competitive package includes salary plus commission and car allowance, with progression opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
• Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
• Be self-motivated and target driven
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
• Full UK driving licence - this is a regional position

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements
• Respond to sales enquiries
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities
• Maintain a contacts database

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
