Job summary

The Independent Schools Council is seeking a Regional Coordinator on a fixed term contract of one year, 0.4 full-time, based at Bradford Grammar School and supporting North East HMC schools.

You will combine excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement with strong organisational abilities to ensure operational delivery, data management and smooth programme administration. Interviews will be held in October 2026.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the UK education system and children’s social care landscape
• Knowledge of safeguarding principles and risks in youth-facing programmes
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and engage senior partners

Responsibilities

• Support effective operational delivery across the North East HMC schools
• Ensure accurate data management and programme administration
• Collaborate with other Regional Coordinators and the core team
• Represent the charity with professionalism and integrity
