Job description

Kudos Services is a well-established Facilities Management company operating within the Healthcare Sector. We deliver high-quality Facilities Management services across 35 NHS LIFT buildings in the North West & London areas, on behalf of our clients. We are currently seeking a highly-skilled Contract Manager to join our team in London.

The Role

As a Regional Contract Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our operational service delivery standards. Your responsibilities include collaborating with the South Technical Manager to ensure 100% completion of PPM and Reactive tasks within KPIs, managing project teams to safeguard the business against financial and reputational risks, and ensuring contractual compliance and interpretation.

You will develop and implement plans to meet objectives, KPIs, Continuous Improvement Indicators, and other performance metrics to ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction.

About You

You should be passionate about improving community healthcare facilities, able to build strong stakeholder relationships, and act as the client liaison between FMCo and LIFTCo. You must have at least 3 years’ experience managing multi-site portfolios in the FM sector, especially within healthcare or similar PPP/PFI environments. A strong understanding of contractual matters, including interpreting contract clauses and obligations, is essential.

You should hold a Degree in a relevant construction or mechanical discipline and be working towards or hold professional membership such as IWFM. Completion of IOSH or NEBOSH training is preferable.
