Job description

Contract Manager - I currently have a unique and exciting opportunity available for a Contract Manager or Supervisor to step in to a regional position for a mechanical & electrical contractor experiencing significant growth. Their main South office is based in Dartford but this is a regional role covering from London up to the Midlands.

Duties include :-

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of facilities management services, ensuring the highest levels of service delivery across multiple contracts
• Managing the entire lifecycle of contracts, from proposal to execution, ensuring compliance, profitability, and client satisfaction
• Take ownership of contract management, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, performance metrics, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Lead teams of engineers, trades & support staffm fostering a culture of high performance
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Prepare and deliver reports providing insight to operation performance and financial results

Experience required :-

• To be qualified in either electrical or air conditioning
• Previous experience as a supervisor or manager within facilities
• Strong financial acumen
• Proactive and solutions driven approach

As a Contract Manager you will be joining a company in the infancy stages of growth, further opportunities for progression will be absolutely available. The starting basic salary is flexible depending on experience but will be between 50-65k. Benefits include a company car or van and 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
